Melany Mendoza started her journey in Puerto Rico where she earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. She moved to the mainland United States in 2000 and began a career in youth services and development. She quickly learned to engage and motivate middle and high school youth to pursue a college career while managing the intricacies of multiple private and state budgets. In her fifteen years of service to the Holyoke Community and ultimately as an administrator at Holyoke Community College, she continued to develop her skills as a negotiator, manager, and advocate. She is bilingual in Spanish/English and has an MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices from Bay Path University. She has also served on local non-profit boards, including the Holyoke Health. She manages rental properties in Western Mass & Puerto Rico. Maxwell Rabin began his real estate career in 2000, working as a sales associate at TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Now an associate broker, Max has grown his business alongside the founder of the firm, Jonathan Taylor, and their team is perennially ranked among the highest producing in the city. Max has facilitated hundreds of transactions, covering every type of residential property, including large single-family homes, historic properties, condominiums and cooperatives, multi-family buildings, and new construction, as well as several commercial real estate transactions. Born in Kansas City, raised in Seattle, Washington I came to Alaska in 1992 from Albuquerque, New Mexico with my wife, Eva and our 4 children. We have been happily married for 34 years and in addition to our now grown children we have 11 beautiful grandchildren who are our pride and joy. We love Alaska and spend time camping, fishing, hiking and biking.
